Hydraulic mini press brake machine is an important equipment for workpiece bending and forming in sheet metal industry.

Machine tool for bending metal sheet and plate material (the most common metal plates). Bends the cold metal plate into workpieces of various shapes according to the process needs through matching punches and molds (general or special molds).

Imported ball bearing lead screw and linear guide rail are used for rear stopper, to ensure the positioning precision of rear stopper, for processing precision of machine to be higher.

Overall structure:
1. Using UG (finite element) analysis, through computer aid design, with nice appearance.

2. The mini press brake machine structure is welded with steel plate, with sufficient strength and rigidity. The hydraulic drive prevents the machine from serious overload operation accidents caused by the change of sheet thickness or bad choice of lower die cavity.
