Features of Diverse Surface Treatment Process:

1.Mill finish	Finish of aluminum itself, with a natural anodic layer formed in the air, weak corrosion resistance.

2.  Anodizing	Through an eletrical process to form a certain layer of anodic layer on the surface of profile. Over 13μm anodizing film thickness.
	Available in various colors like metal silver, champagne,bronze, black,etc.,  and the same color with matt effect.
3.  Powder coating	The powdered paint is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the part, to form a thick layer to protect the surface. With 40-120μm film thickness to ensure good corrosion resistance.
	Available in all kinds of colour
4.  Electrophoresis	Base on anodized process, an extra transparent film is formed to make the surface clearer and look bit of shining, with very good corrosion resistance.13 years quality guarantee period.
	Available in various colors like metal silver, champagne,bronze, black,etc.,  and the same color with matt effect.
5.  Wooden grain	New technology in finishing to form a texture look like real wood.
	Available in types of wood pattern. Hand feeling or paper transfering are both available.  Available in all kinds of colour
6.  Polishing	By buffing and chemical process to form mirror-like finish, suitable for decorative application

7. Brushed	By brushing and chemical process to form shining with line, suitable for decorative application

4.What is the MOQ?

Normally,500kgs for each item. For special special items, please contact us.

 

5.Will the Mould cost be refund?

Yes, the mould fees will be refunded if ordered quantity of the products produced with the mould reaches certain tons in total within one year.
