Feed Section

Die Cutting Section

Quality precision-made die cutting unit with built in overload mechanism. Easy loading and removal of chase and plate, centralized
positioning for speedy make ready.

New technology of driving index with large motion angle to allow gripper bar gentle start and stop, less and smaller nicks
required to achieve higher productivity.

Stripping Section

Double action movement with upper and lower stripping frames.
Male and female boards inserted subject to desired job. Right, left,and internal stripping function to optimise stripping.
Centralised positioning to reduce downtime onstripping set-up.

Delivery Section

Standard pallet style delivery unit presented in a neat stack allowing simple extraction of die cut blanks. 

Optional non-top batch counter collector to increase production and work-flow.
