Warranty:

1) 10 years for structural steel frame 

2) 5 years for electrostatic powder coating 

3) 3 years for rotary bearings and structural parts 

4) 2 years for bearings, springs 

5) 1 year for upholstery, handgrips, all other items not listed

6) Tool and enough wearing parts are supplied with machines

 

After-sales Service:
(1)Spare parts are offerd with every order in some percentage;  
(2)Free parts are offered within warranty time;  
(3)Engineers follow up with any questions;  
(4)Professional aftersales team deal with any issues.
