Easy and convenient replacement of PVC and aluminum foil
The inflatable expansion shaft is adopted, and the operation is simple and easy when replacing PVC and aluminum foil. At the same time, the tension is great to avoid problems such as paper scraps caused by side pressure fixed shaft slides due to insufficient compression force.
Dislocation punching saves over 50,000 USD in packaging materials annually.
The punching die is made of cemented carbide steel, processed by EDM and then nitrided. The hardness can reach HRC58-62, and it is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.Dislocation punching is used, with non-scrap edge horizontally and 1mm scrap edge vertically. The punched plate has no horn edges. The annual saving of packaging materials is more than 50,000 USD.
The double-cam tension and compression structure is adopted, and the upper and lower molds are pressed smoothly, which avoids the air leakage caused by the side deviation of the top pressure structure.
The upper and lower molds are made of special hard aluminum, can greatly improve product quality and production efficiency.
