SED-160B Automatic Alu-Alu Strip Packing Machine
It is a new generation of soft double aluminum packaging equipment newly developed by our company. The equipment has novel design, advanced structure, PLC touch screen control system, high efficiency, low noise, simple and convenient operation, etc. The feeding mode adopts vibrating whole row feeding mechanism, equipped with photoelectric monitoring device, which can automatically control the feeding, and the number of punching plates can be set freely. The feeding, blanking, heat sealing, tangent, batch number, punching, counting and other processes are automatically completed, which can reach high-speed operation. Main Performance Features
The shell of the equipment is made of 2mm thick 304 × stainless steel plate by welding, with beautiful and practical appearance.
A. The whole machine adopts PLC touch screen control system, the number of punching and cutting plates can be set and adjusted freely on the touch screen, and there is no need to worry about the trouble of frequently changing a variety of gears and cams caused by changing packaging specifications and varieties.
B. The temperature controller with advanced PID is used for the temperature control of the heat sealing roller die, and the advanced PT100 roller surface temperature detector is used for the temperature measurement, which ensures the stable and reliable surface temperature of the heat sealing roller die and directly improves the sealing performance of the heat sealing drug plate.
D. The main engine adopts inverter stepless speed regulation, the equipment runs stably and reliably, the transmission structure is simple, and the maintenance is convenient
E. The machine is also equipped with solid-state mode wheel coding, image and text version matching, optical fiber detection missing particle rejection and other optional functions to meet the needs of different customers.
