Charger process:
Applying HF circuits, this machine adopts humanized-design. The process is CPU-controlled and can be sectioned into four parts:
1, Constant current stage
In this stage, the battery is charged by constant current with the voltage increasing, and by the time the voltage reaches the constant voltage point (based on users’ preference), the charger will automatically switch to the constant voltage stage. This stage will last for 8 hours at most.
2, Constant voltage stage
In this stage, the output voltage is constant with the current decreasing, and by the time the current reduces less than the switching current (based on users’ preference), the charger will automatically switch to the float charging stage. This stage will last for 3 hours at most.
3, Float charging stage
In this stage, the battery is charged by the tiny steam flow, and the current voltage stabilizes around the float charging voltage, helping to preserve the battery and prolong its service life.
4, Automatic stop
The charger will automatically stop by the battery is fully charged: the maximum charging time is set at 12 hours programmatically (based on users’ preference).
Notice: the charging curve can be programmed automatically basing on users’ preference or the battery type.
