2.Performance features

 1. adopt OMRON PLC programmable control, wonderful touch screen operation, frequency control, servo with speed reducer traction, traction length may be adjusted at will on the touch screen within the scope of technical parameters, could avoid errors caused by manual mechanical adjustment, reduce labor intensity and waste of consumables greatly;

2.have functions such as heating temperature control detection, control, uniform mould heating, host overload protection, PVC and PTP packing material level detection and alarm shutdown, automatic diagnosis alarm prompt for equipment fault and automatic shutdown protection;

3. feeder adopts steam vibration feeding and bunker level detection control, reduce long time mixing friction of materials greatly, so as to protect material integrality;

4.level detection device is installed for feed hopper, if level is insufficient, host will prompt and enter shutdown status, ensure feeding integrality of each plate, increase product qualification rate;

5.stations of the complete machine adopts fast loading structure design, suitable for multi-variety production, moulds may be replaced more conveniently and reliably (only about 30 min is required from replacing mould to production);

 Operating principles

1.Drive structure principle

This equipment takes 2.2kW motor as main power, drives main shaft via gear reducer, sprocket drive, so that stations of the complete machine could run synchronously as required, for example, sheet heating, blister formation, heat seal, print batch number, press tear line, block punching.

 Blister formation

Start up, click formation lifting function control key on the screen in manual mode, upper heating plate is closed, start the machine, PVC pieces are softened by heating between the upper, lower heating plates, enter blister forming mould after softened by heating under traction. Upper forming mould duct board is fixed, lower forming mould rises to upper limit and presses PVC pieces under the action of cam, here pneumatic valve is open, compressed air passes through filter relief valve, upper forming mould duct board enters lower forming mould cavity for positive pressure formation of PVC pieces.

Material filling

Since syringe has special outline structure, considering smooth feeding, increase of the rate of finished products, enhancement of production efficiency, this production line adopts hand feeding, then enters next procedure, heat seal.

 

Heat seal

Filled PVC blister enters heat seal mould device under traction, will be adhered closely to back seal material (aluminum foil, dialyzing paper etc). When lower heat seal mould rises to the highest level, heat seal cylinder will enable the upper heat seal mould to move downwards to press the formed syringe form (here blister is formed with contents) and back seal material (aluminum foil, dialyzing paper etc) on lower heat seal mould surface (formed blister and packaged contents will be inserted into corresponding mould hole of the lower heat seal mould) to develop certain pressure, since upper heat seal mould has been heated to preset temperature (about 150°), it could melt the binder on back seal surface when pressing the back seal material (aluminum foil, dialyzing paper etc). Since corresponding, uniform and fine checkered patterns exist on upper/lower mould surface, so formed material and back seal material could be airtight under certain pressure, easy tearing notch is kept after the heat seal of corners on each plate, thus the heat seal procedure is completed.

Batch number

    After the heating sealing station, the medicine plate enter the batch number station. The batch number mould lower move up and down under the function of cam. When the batch number mould lower raise to the highest position,the steal pressure will print on the corresponding place.(the batch station and the indentation station can be used together,or the steal word mould can be installed on heating  sealing mould to print batch number on heating sealing station.)

Indentation(matched by the customers) 

         The medicine plates go into the indentation mould and down into the indentation lower mould. There is a indentation knife on the indentation mould.The indentation lower mould move up and down under the effect of the CAM. When the indentation lower mould rise to the top ,the corresponding position of the medicine plate will have indentation line left so called tore line. [ indentation mould is the special ordered mould(there is no need to install indentation mouldin no need suppress plate  ) ]

 

Punching 

Drag gear feeds impressed syringe blocks with formed blister after charging and heat seal into punching station, eccentric cam and linkage ring are installed in the punching station box. Main shaft rotates to drive the lower punching mould to move up and down. Syringe plate passes through punching station under traction, when lower punching mould rises to the highest level, punching mould performs punching, blanking for syringe plates according to concave convex mould marks, scraps are rolled automatically. Plates are conveyed automatically, finally finished products are separated from waste products, and finished products are output.

Waste rejected(chosen by customers)

According the system information ,it can identify memory and the qualified situation of finished product,which can decide whether eliminate or not.When the system determine it nonconforming,the medicine plate in cutting into the transportation after slide, the gate on the slide will be open, and  the waste will automatic output and  fall into the waste collection basket,however, the qualified product is smoothly output to the finished product collection basket.
