LSG series Electric counting machine is used for counting process in pharmaceutical,health product, foodstuff, chemical, pesticide industries, such as:tablets, coating tablets, softgel capsules, hard capsules.This machine can be used alone or connected with other equipment as a complete production line.

LSG series electric counting machine is composed of frame,two-grade vibration feeding device, cylinder magnetic value system, control cabinet, conveyor belt, photoelectric detecting device.Working procedures, such as counting, bottle filling, detecting are controlled by high speed PLC device.This machine can accurately count all kinds of special shaped tablets and transparent capsules.

Basic models of LSG series electric counting machine are LSG-12,  LSG-16,  LSG-24,  LSG-32, which are suitable for different requirements.There is also high-end counting machine--LSG.
