1.This machine is a fully automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment. It adopts a multi-station turntable alternate packaging method. All wrapping and heat sealing actions are completed by cam transmission. It has the characteristics of fast speed and stable operation.
2. It is possible to pack items of different sizes by replacing the mold. The newly designed multiple patented structure makes it easier and faster to replace the mold.
3. The new double-rotating film cutter is adopted, the service life is increased by 5 times, and the film is cut more accurately and smoothly.
4. Equipped with a static eliminator, which can effectively eliminate the static electricity adsorbed on the packaging film and make the film feeding more smoothly.
5. The frequency converter is used to adjust the packaging speed, which can reach 40 to 80 bags/minute according to different packaging items.
6. Equipped with a double-sided wrinkle plastic surgery device to make the film packaging more skin-tight and more beautiful.
7. With the function of composite self-adhesive laser anti-counterfeiting unsealing line, it really plays the role of anti-counterfeiting and moisture-proof.
