Detailed information

Troubleshooting and adjusting methods:

1. Condition: both sides of the feeding mouth are blanking at the same time.

Handling: Lock the tablets, loosen the screws and tighten them again.

2. Situation: Numbers don't jump

Reason : (1) did not cover electric eye.
(2) Infrared light does not hit the electric eye (adjusted or moved).

(In the above case, the sensitivity display light will be on)

(3) The electrical socket is not plugged in well.

(4) the isolation line is broken or the welding point falls.

(5) The machine is placed outdoors or in a window and exposed to sunlight.

(In the above case, the sensitive display light will not light)

3.Status: Quantity is not allowed (0-3 capsules per bottle)

Reasons :(1) the speed is too fast, resulting in drug granule overlap.
(2) doping fragments.

(3) the loading hopper is adjusted too high, resulting in the overlap of drug granules.

4. Status: Quantity is not allowed (more than 10 grains per bottle)

Reason :(1) powder covers electric eye.

(2) Poor sensitivity adjustment, please readjust.

6. Sensitivity:

Working Principle

1. Check the whole tray, there should be no other drug particles or sundries.

2. Pour the pills into the plate. Do not overfill.
3. Put the feeding pipe into a plastic bag.

4. Adjust the height of the lifting plate.

5. Turn on the power switch and check whether the sensitivity display is normal (reference to troubleshooting for sensitivity adjustment).

6. Set the quantity, such as inventory, please set it at more than 1000.

7. Numbers go to zero.

8.Turn on the vibration switch, adjust the vibration, and pay attention to whether the pills on the whole tray are arranged one by one in order to avoid overlapping.

9. When one side is finished counting pills, it will automatically count the other side.

10. During operation, please pay attention to whether the flashing of the sensitivity display light is normal, and check at any time. If there is any abnormality, stop immediately for inspection.

11. During operation, the drug granules should not be poured into the plate at one time, so as to avoid the overlap of
the whole track and inaccurate counting.

12. Should not be placed in the window, outdoors, or in the sun.
