CGN-208D Semi-automatic Capsule Filling Machine

1- This capsule filling machine is suitable for medium & small pharmaceutical factory, hospital preparation lab, etc. 

2- It is adopted button panel operation, step-less transduction to speed-shift.

3- It can automatic complete the action of position, separation, filling, locking, etc. 

The "Semi-automatic " means that between the three processes of separation, filling and locking, the manual operation of the capsule disk is required. Although there are manual parts, the skilled workers can produce almost 20,000 capsules per hour of full-automatic NJP400.

CGN-208D we sell now is the 2nd generation that the control panel has been moved to the above ,in case the powder enters the control panel during operation.

The CGN-208DP is the urgrade model by PLC control from CGN-208D.

The CGN-208D1 is a model with a different way of locking capsules, horizontal type of lock capsules.

The CGN-208D2 is a multifunction model,can fill powder and granules, with the horizontal type of lock capsules.

*Horizontal type of lock capsules (patent design),  improves the efficiency of the lock capsule and reduces the labor intensity of the workers.

The main difference between each model

The machine can filling different size capsules , 00#~ 4#capsule by changing the different disc.

A set of disc will be given free of charge with the machine.
