CGN-208D1 Semi-automatic Capsule Filling Machine

1- This capsule filling machine is suitable for medium & small pharmaceutical factory, hospital preparation lab, etc.
2- It is adopted PLC* touch screen operation, step-less transduction to speed-shift.
3- It can automatic complete the action of position, separation, filling, locking, etc.

The "Semi-automatic " means that between the three processes of separation, filling and locking, the capsule disc needs to move manually. Although there are manual parts, the skilled workers can produce at least 20,000 capsules per hour, even more, about the capacity of full-automatic NJP400.

Locking type:
Horizontal locking: After the powder was filled into the capsule , the next step is lock the capsule.CGN-208D1 capsule locking way is horizontal locking, that is referred to the capsule disc is horizontal when locking.
Horizontal type of lock capsules (patent design), improves the efficiency of the lock capsule and reduces the labor intensity of the workers.

CGN-208D1 is an updated model from CGN-208D, changed the vertical locking to horizontal locking, more efficiently.
And after capsule locked, button control has replaced the foot pedal of CGN-208D to discharge the capsules. With the PLC control
touch screen panel.

* PLC refers to Programmable Logic Controller. It is touching screen operation. That is easy to adjust the data of the machine
during operation. And prevent the powder enters the control panel during operation.
