Rotary wheel dehumidifier advantage
1. Frame

1.1 Aluminium alloy is used for the frame, and there is cold bridge design. Excellent heat-insulating performance and well air impermeability. At the same time, rubber-plastic insulation material is pasted inside of the aluminium alloy, further prevent the generation of cold bridge.
1.2 Modular design is taken for the whole unit’s frame, the structure is flexible. Iit’s easy to maintenance and dismounting,
especially for that kind of big or super unit, it’s easy to have the site assembly.

2. Double-layer panel

The double-layer panel has the following characteristics:

2.1 Excellent steel plate is used for the outer plate, and have the multiple treatments and baking varnish. Galvanized steel plate is used for bottom’s inner plate, which prevent the bacteria’s breeding, and satisfy the requirement of purification.
2.2 For the insulation material between inner-outer plates, the high-pressure foaming rigid polyurethane insulation material is used, whose property of sound insulation and heat-shielding is better than other gerneral insulation material, and will keep well for many years. This kind of double-layer plate has the best performance on insulation, fire-preventing, strength, rigidity, cleanliness and sound insulation, etc, and there is no water-coagulating on housing in any working conditions.
The plate thickness is 25mm and 45mm, the 0.5mm color plate is used for outer wall, and 0.5mm stainless steel or galvanized steel
is used for the inner wall. High pressure polyurethane insulation plate is used in the middle. (See the schematic diagram). It has good characteristics of light weight, high strength, heat insulation, sound insulation, cold-resistant, anti-corrosive and non-water absorption, etc.
Alluminium frame without cold bridge is used for the unit. Its structure is simple, air leakage rate is small, weight is light,
and heat loss is less. Between alluminium edge and the wall plate, there is isolation, to get rid of dew formation on the surface and the harmful heat-exchange, the thermal insulation property is improved. Its structure is compacted, and its performance is more effective. Joist steel is used for the base, the structure is reliable and durable. Its bearing capacity is strong, so can effectively reduce body’s vibration and noise.
3. Fan and motor
Fans and motors are all from the famous brands from the world. Air conditioner special brand is used for the fan, and pass

the strict and professional dynamic/ static balancing test. Selected by the professional fan utility software for the model, the best working performance, fan’s efficiency and noise class has been realized.
Motor is air-cold complete close asynchronous motor, with F grade insulation. The standard power supply is 380V/3Φ/50HZ. There is special vibration damper for fan and motor unit, flexible connection is used between fan’s air outlet and the cabinet, so the whole unit’s vibration and noise will be reduced to the lowest, so satisfy the requirement for all kinds of senior sites.

4. 4. Filter

Standard filter equipped in this unit is AAF plate-folding primary filter, its media is non-woven cloth or heat bonding chemical fiber filtering media, and its filter efficiency is G3（80—90％ weight）. Alluminium filter steel is used for the recovery air feeding, not only its structure is strong, but also has long service life, and can be cleaned repeatedly. There is a access door which is easy to open at the filter position for this unit, so it’s easy to inspect or exchange the filter. All filter steel is installed on the sliding groove, which is easy to disassembly.

5. Rotary dehumidification

5.1 Imported material is used for the key parts of dehumidifying, especially it is suitable in those site with low pressure and high moisture. Cellular carrier is ceramic fiber, which has well waterproof and fire-resistance. Chemical synthesis method is used for the moisture absorbent, whose moisture absorbing amount is much, depth is deep, and the bonding strength between the moisture absorbent and the fiber is well, and its service lif is more than eight years.
5.2 Special rotary driving structure, self-tensioning gear and contact sealing system ensure that the turning wheel can run
effectively and reliablely.

6. Control system

This program is controlled by THINGET PLT, world-class moisture transmitter from American Honeywell is used. According to the feedback parameters, the program can automatically run, and control accuracy can also be ensured.
