Q: Are free samples available?
A: 1) Samples from stock are available free if no more than 2 pieces.
    2) We charge 100USD for a customized sample and refund the sample fee back after order placed.
    3) Note: sample shipping cost is borne by buyer.

Q: How soon could I get my sample?
A: Normally 3-7 working days after sample order placed. And, it is also depending on the complexity of sample design.

Q: What's your MOQ?
A: 1) 500PCS MOQ mixed no more than two colors.
    2) 300pcs MOQ for one color.

Q: What's your payment term?
A: 30% TT deposit 70% TT balance payment before shipping.

Q: What's your delivery time?
A: Normally 40 working days after confirming pre-production sample.

A: Yes, custom logo and new color design are acceptable.
