Product Name:
This is an overmolded power tool handle we customized for our US customer.This plastic part is made with PC material overmolded soft TPU material.Customer want to produce 50000pcs in total so we used 718 steel to save customer's mold cost.It was quite challenge since 718 steel is not exquisite for high glossy product.Challenge is ours motivation to improve :)

These drink dispensers are proto-samples from our company.At beginning the customer only sent us a very rough ugly design,to make
it work and make it beautiful,our engineers developed out such good looking and function well dispenser.
