For molds export,we use strong polymerized wood board to make standard export box to project the molds.Before put in box,we wrapped the molds with plastic film to protect it from moisture on sea with rustproof paint inside the molds.

Export Products Pallet Packing

For products need to sea shipping to export,we use more than three assistants to products them.First the strong box,second the pallet ,third the protective plastic film with wrap ties to make sure it stay stable and safe during shipping and delivery.

Q1: What type of plastic is best for my design/product?
A1: Materials selection depends on the application of your design and the environment in which it will function.

We will be happy to discuss the alternatives and suggest the best material.

Q2: What type of mould tool do I need?
A2: Mould tools can be either single cavity (one part at a time) or multi-cavity (2,4, 8 or 16 parts at a time).

Single cavity tools are generally used for small quantities, up to 10,000 parts per year whereas multi-cavity tools are for larger quantities.We can look at your projected annual requirements and recommend which would be best for you.

Q3. What is the working life of the mould?
A3: It depends on the parts we made. Besides, we will maintain or replace the mould be ourselves.

Q4:Can you guide me to do the design works.

A4:Yes,we have more than 5 engineers,they can understand English and even speak English,so if you need design help,they can work together with you to sort out without problem

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 15 to 35 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample free of charge after the molds finished.If you want some items which we alread made to evaluate our works,then we can send,the cost of freight paid by buyer.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Plastic mold Payment: 50% T/T in advance , 50% paid when samples confirmed before mass production.
Plastic parts payment: 50% T/T in advance , 50% T/T balance before shipment (Express shipping and Air shipping).

Plastic parts payment: 50% T/T in advance , 50% T/T balance paid against copy of BL (Sea shipping)
