Packaging Details:
For mold: Firstly assembling and clearing mold well, and then paint anti-rust fog or grease on mold, then cover with thin film and place it into a stable wooden case.
For product: the first thing is to wrap each part up with semi-transparent thin foam and put it into plastic bag, the second step is place them into cartons with thin sponge plates to prevent scratches.

Q : I need a quote.What should we do?
A:Firstly,we need 2D/3D drawing,your order quantity and surface finish requirement.The drawing is best to be .STP/.IGS/.DXF/.PDF format.
Secondly,our senior engineering team will start to study and make evaluation.During this time,our sales team will keep discussing with the customer to make sure every details are clear.
Finally,we will give our customers quotation reports.
Q:Does your company provide design service.I have an idea for a new product, but don't know whether it can be manufactured. Can you help?
A:Absolutely yes.We own design team and are always happy to work with potential customers to evaluate the technical feasibility of your idea or design.We can advise on materials, tooling and likely set-up costs.
Q: In addition to molding service, do you offer large quantity production or OEM service?
A:Yes, we can offer mass production production and OEM service.We own 12 injection machines and assembly lines ourselves.Our service covers molding production,metal stamping and injection service.Low volume and large order quantity are both acceptable.
Q:What is your packaging method?
A:Packaging Details:Rust-proof protection, fresco bag, wooden case and pallet, suitable for shipment avoid demage.
Q. What type of plastic is best for my design/component?
A. Materials selection depends on the application of your design and its working environment requirement. We will be happy to discuss the alternatives and suggest the best material.
Q. What type of mould tool do I need?
A. Mould tools can be either single cavity (one part at a time) or multi-cavity (2,4, 8 or 16 parts at a time). Single cavity tools are generally used for small quantities, up to 10,000 parts per year whereas multi-cavity tools are for larger quantities. We can look at your projected annual requirements and recommend which would be best for you.
Q.Ok, I've decided to go ahead with my project. How long will it take to get my parts?
A. It can take 3-6 weeks to have the mould tool manufactured depending on the part's complexity and the number of impressions (single or multi). After we have received final approval by you of the new tool, you can expect delivery of parts within 3-5 days.
