The passionflower extract is the whole plant extract of the passionflower genus Passiflora in the Passiflora family. It has the effects of dispelling wind and dampness, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, clearing away heat, relieving phlegm and resolving cough. For rheumatic arthralgia, colic pain, dysmenorrhea, neuralgia, insomnia, wind-heat dizziness, nasal congestion and runny nose. Externally used for fractures.
