1.How is the product quality?
Our products are all 100% checked during production, before packing by QC and QA. So quality of shipped goods are stable and reliable.
2.How to guarantee the safe packing for shipment?
As we’re professional manufacturer, our goods packing system will fully consider to avoid potential damages during the shipment process. Good quality cartons, protection materials are applied.
3.If OEM order customization: Logo, Package box etc. Available?
Logo imprint by laser or silkprint on product, product welcome logo, customized box can be done if the product allows and quantity is ok. Please just need to discuss with us in more details, we welcome OEM orders.
4.If ODM available?
If the ODM is related with software,firmware modification, we’ll do evaluation first. Software and hardware modification can be done if we evaluated ok and the necessary cost we can agree.
5.How is the production lead time?
We have remarked lead time in the listing of each model. Most models small qty can be offered from stock. OEM orders normally can be finished in 7~15days.
6.How is product Warranty?
For export order, if customers can send back to us, we can arrange replacement or repair accordingly during 1 year period. Some repair would be charged basic cost.
If customers can’t send back the defects, we would suggest spare parts along with order shipment.
7.How many pcs for MOQ？
Most of our products support small order 5pcs, we have remarked in listings.
