UV 3D VARNISH
1. Substrates:
Paper coated with PET film, BOPP film, etc.
Hard PVC, ABS, PP etc.
2. Applicable products:
The package for food, audio-visual products, stationery, pictorial, etc.

Good adhesion, good softness, glossy and good leveling on the substrates.

5. Instructions:
(1) Mesh: Please use 200-350 polyester mesh, tension is 13-15N/c㎡.
(2) Squeegee: 65-75 degree
(3) Reference dosage: It is 35-40㎡/㎏ when use 350 mesh.
(4) UV machine power: Mid-high voltage lamp: 5kw*2 pcs at least.
(5) Additives: Use UVC - thinner to reduce viscosity.
(6) Mesh cleaning: Use solvent-based mesh cleaning agent.
6. Notes:
(1) This varnish has good softness, but sticking, poor leveling etc. will happen under high temperature, especially for art paper.
Please stir well before use and keep good ventilation for the UV machine in the printing process.
Please keep cool and avoiding high stack for the pressworks. Use a fan to cool before separately stack the pressworks if necessary.
(2)This product is irritating to skin and operators should have personal protection when work.
(3)The treatment and cleanliness for the substrates affect to the adhesion.
The product has good adhesion on the substrates whose tension is above 38 dyne. Users need to test the tension before use.
7. Package:
1, 5kg/drum.
8. Storage:
It can be stored for 12 months in 0-35℃. Keep away from strong light. Keep in cool and dry place.
