Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

• We are a manufacturer, providing OEM & ODM service.Our factory is BSCI audited . 

Q2. What's your main markets?

•  USA, Europe, Japan,etc.

Q3. What is the delivery date for a sample?

• Usually about 1-3 days for items with general requirements.

Q4. Are your products conforming to our standards?

• Yes, our products have got many certifications, e.g.: CE, RoHS, PSE, ETL,FCC, SAA, KCC , CB, KC, KEMP, C-TICK, etc.  Please check with us exact certifications you need. 

Q5. How do you control the quality ?

• We control the product quality by IQC, three tests on production lines, and 100% aging testing before packaging. 

Q6. What's MOQ?

• MOQ is 500PCS, but 1000 pcs for new models. Of course, we could accept small trial orders for certain items.

Q7. Can you give us a favorable discount ?

• Of course, a favorable discount will be offered if the quantity is sizable.

Q8. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?

• We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT. It usually takes 4-5days to arrive. By air,bysea are also acceptable. 

 Q9. What about the warranty of your products?   .     

               .   We offer 12 months warranty for all the products.
