We mainly operate with several shipping company likes: PIL,MOL,ZIM,SITC and EVERGREEN,COSCO,also we can use other shipping companies to send the goods to all over the world.

And the express company we have cooperation like the DHL,FEDEX and UPS etc.

1.Our working time: Summer:Monday to Saturday 8:30~17:30(6th April to 30th Octomber)

Winter: Monday to Saturday 8:30~17:00(1st Novermber to 5th April).Sunday rest.

If we are not on line by trademanager,you can send the inquiries to us anytime,or you can send email to sale @miki-autoparts.com,we will reply to you as soon as possilbe.

2.If customers need to retail,we can also accept,you just place the order online same as the sample,if the product cannot order online that means we can not provide the sample.

3.About the product,we are only responsible in 3 days after customers receiving the goods,that means we are not replenishment to customers.But if we really have this mistake in 3 days then we will replenish the goods to customers in next order.

4.If the products are not good quality,you can complain to us,the email already showed above,we will give you a satisfied solving way.
