Alloy Thermal-Link / Alloy Thermal Cutoff (ATCO) is defined as a non-resettable protective device functioning one time only. It is widely used in electrical equipment. ATCO is mainly consist of fusible alloy, flux resin, case, sealant and lead wires. Normally, fusible alloy is jointed to the two lead wires. Under abnormal conditions, when the temp. reaches to the fusing temp. of ATCO, the fusible alloy melts and quickly retracts to the two lead wire ends with the aid of the flux resin and disconnects the circuit completely.

5  How to proceed an order?
Firstly, let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, we quote
according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, customer confirms
the samples and pay deposit for the official order. Finally, we arrange the
production and ship once it's ready. 
6  Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
Yes, free samples available if sample qty request not exceed our upper limit,
but we do not pay the shipping freight.
7  How do you guarantee my goods right?
Order will be arranged exactly as requested, we will doubly check the packing
and qty before delivering, also we will take you photos if required or necessary.
8  Do you accept custimized size or packing?
Yes. Customized accepted to us. Depends on the total qty and customers have to
