Milk Pasteurization Machine working Principle: The working process of the fresh milk sterilizer (combined with the above pictures): First, the upper layer of the water tank is a hot water tank, and the electric heating tube in the hot water tank heats up the hot water temperature of the hot water tank to 95 ℃, and then turns on the hot water. The valve, the hot water enters the water circulation layer of the milk tank through the circulating pump, and heats the milk. When the milk temperature rises to 85 °C, it stays for half an hour, which is the process of sterilization. After the sterilization is completed, close the hot water valve and open the cold water valve. The cold water enters the water circulation layer through the circulating water pump, and the temperature of the milk is lowered to about 40-45 °C, and it can be sold directly or made yogurt.

The difference between the three cooling methods: the means of cooling the water in the water tank are different, which leads to the difference in the cooling speed, but the heating and sterilization effects are the same.
The standard one is the most economical, tap water refrigeration. The tap water refrigeration type only retains a hot water tank. When cooling, tap water is directly introduced to circulate to cool the milk. During the cooling process, it consumes about 1 cubic meters of water.
Advantages and disadvantages: economical, small in appearance, covers an area of less than one square, although the tap water seems to be a little expensive, but the water can be used for other use after processing, it just rise the temperature, so it can't be wasted.
The refrigeration compressor cooling method, is the most expensive, an external refrigeration compressor (the same as the air conditioner refrigeration compressor) was added to cool the water in the water tank through the refrigeration compressor;
Advantages and disadvantages: When installing this refrigeration compressor, it needs to be filled with fluorine, and the price is relatively expensive, and power consumption is required for each cooling.
Ice cube refrigeration method saves the cost of the refrigeration compressor, and instead opens an ice injection port on the cold water tank, and uses the temperature of the ice-water mixture to circulate to cool the milk.
Advantages and disadvantages: The temperature of the ice-water mixture is relatively low, reaching zero degrees, while the compressor is cooled, and the water in the water tank can only be cooled to a minimum of 7 degrees. The cooling speed is similar to that of the refrigeration compressor, or even slightly faster. But the price is much cheaper. Freeze a small bowl of ice in the refrigerator at night and use it the next day.
