Yes, we can offer available sample free for quality checking purpose, but we have to charge for custom design logo sample, sample charge will be quoted after we have your custom details. Generally, sample time is about 7-10 days.

Q3,What’s your MOQ?

Simple design is 20pcs,complex design is 50pcs.

Q4,What’s your production time ?

20-100pcs is 12-15days,15-500pcs is 15-20days.

Q5,Can you do one piece before bulk production?

Yes,after you make payment,we will do you embroidery patch or do one piece cap and send you photo.

Q6,Terms of transportation?

By sea or air shipment, normal forwarder and nominated forwarder are both okay. By express, DHL,UPS,TNT & OCS all are most used.

Q7,What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal for trade assurance order, T/T, L/C, If choose in T/T, usually is 30% deposit and pay 70% deposit before shipment.
