A: Secukey is a factory mainly manufacturing Access Control and Smart Locks.

Q: How can you make difference from other suppliers?

A: We have an R&D team and experienced slaes team with over 10 years of experience.

    We know our custoerms' needs as weel as the market's developing trend.

    We export our products to more than 100 countries all over the world. We launch at least one  new product per month.  Our products will be tested at least 3 times before shipping. 

Q: How is your production ability?

A: We have 2 produtions lines with a 2000 squire meters factory plant; monthly prodction                     capacity is about 15000 pieces.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: 1pcs is our MOQ. Sample order is favourable accepted before the customer decide    to purchase in bulk to assure quality issue.

Q: How is your warranty?

A: 3 Years Warranty. We guarantee our customers with 3 years warranty. For defective items, we           usually credit to our customer or replace in the next shipment.

Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM service?

A: Yes, we are able to offer OEMODM services for our customers to gain he best solution for their           markets.

Q: What is your lead time?

A: Sample orde will be in stock for ready shipping within 3 days. Bulk orders will be ready for                 shipping in about one week or two.
