Life span of the building affected by different maintenance and different environmental conditions, normally lift span of main steel structure is about 50-100 years( keep painting every one or two years). Life span of roof and wall panel is about 15-25 year, Life span of skylight is about 8-15 years.

Delivery time depends on order quantities. In general the delivery time to nearest seaport in China will be 30 days after receiving deposit.
