Pressurized components are forging steel, with good strength and impact toughness, avoided from the forging default.
Combined seal is applied for middle flange, its switch on-and-off is operated by hydraulic pressure, and ram can be replaced easily.
Due to be equipped with auxiliary oil cylinder, comparing with the traditional shear ram BOP, it is with same function, but smaller size.
Ram is abundant of rubber, and can achieve self-contained sealing.
Manual locking device belongs to the standard configuration, in event of hydraulic loss, it can ensure that ram remains closed.
Manual and hydraulic locking device and auxiliary oil cylinder can be easily interchanged and equipped according to customer's requirements flexibly and basing on work condition.
An extra hollow tube can be set around shell of BOP, it can heat all BOP if filling steam inside the tube. (Optional).

The inner part’s surface if contacts with fluid is butt welded by high nickel base alloy, so it can achieve effectively resist to H2S and CO2, etc. (Optional).
