 Features:
- AD sampling rate: 125kHz.
- AD sampling depth: 16Bit.
- USB 2.0 interface with chip FT245. The maximum communications rate is 1MByte.
- CCD driving and data sampling control circuit is completed by branded components.
- CCD chip: Branded TCD1304AP. Pixel size is 8um x 200um, a total of 3648 pixels, wavelength response range is 300nm ~ 1100nm.
- CCD's integral exposure time is adjustable in 1ms-100ms or 10us-10S, the former is adjustable in 100 steps and the latter is continuously adjustable.
- Trigger mode is optional for internal or external trigger software programming.
- The CCD sampling speed set during internal triggering is 10 frames / second for 1ms-100ms integration time. If the integration time is greater than 100ms, the sampling rate will decrease accordingly.
- The trigger frequency of external trigger can be set to any frequency between 1Hz and 20Hz as required, and a single trigger is also available.
- CCD image data can be input to a computer via USB. It can also be displayed by an oscilloscope or collected via other acquisition cards via a synchronous analog output port.
- The synchronous trigger output port can output the internal clock signal or external trigger signal during internal trigger synchronously. This signal can be used to trigger an oscilloscope, which is synchronized with the analog signal of the CCD image.
- The test software is written for Borland C ++ Builder, and the source code is sent to the customer along with the CCD board.
- In addition to source code routines for BCB, source code routines for Visual C ++ (1ms-100ms integration time) are included. Users can modify and make their own software on it. If users need to write with other software for VB, Delphi or Labview, they can log in to the official website of FT245 supplier /Support/SoftwareExamples/CodeExamples.htm to download the corresponding routines. Customers can embed CCD data acquisition, CCD integration time, and internal and external trigger commands in the corresponding routines, that is, they can control the CCD based on the software written by them.
- The model of this linear array CCD (TCD1304) is the same as the ones used in HR4000 spectrum, and the driving circuit is basically similar, so customers can use this CCD to develop a spectrometer.
- The external trigger function of this CCD can be used to catch low frequency or even single laser pulses.
- Scan with this linear array CCD to measure images with larger diameter spots (> 2cm).
- The drive circuit board and the CCD sensor can be installed separately. The two are connected by a cable. The cable length is 5cm ~ 1m.
- It has been successfully applied to a spectrometer, and has measured the laser spectrum of a sub-10fs titanium sapphire femtosecond laser, as shown in the picture above.
- The sensitivity of this linear array CCD is extremely high, so it can measure very weak lasers. Of course, users must also attenuate the laser sufficiently before entering the CCD photosensitive surface, otherwise the CCD will be saturated or its photosensitive unit will be burned out.
