A: Our factory is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China, about 1-hour bus ride from Xinzheng Airport. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

A: 100% virgin raw material &spare parts. We can also choose material as customers' requirement.

 

4.Q: How can I get some samples? 
A: We are honored to offer you samples. Free samples but only freight to be paid by you within 5 days you will get.

 

5.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
A: "Quality is a priority. we are always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained ISO authentication.

 

6. Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM? 
A: Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service as per your requirements and the MOQ for customization is usually 10000pcs.

 

7. Q: What payment method do you accept? 
A: We accept payment by T/T, Western Union and Paypal(for sample).

 

8. Q: What is your warranty period?
A: We accept customer or agent for inspecting the site in our factory or inspecting all finished goods before shipment by our QC and also prepare some replacements.

A: Within 3 working days for sample order, 2-4 weeks for batch order based on the quantity.
