Product Description

This chicken nuggets/hamburger patty processing line is used to process meat products for forming, coating(battering, predusting,breading), frying, quick freezing,packing. It have the advantage of low oil cost, good taste, hot sales. It can make Tempura food, prepared food, one machine multipurpose. The hot sale products: chicken nuggets, vegetable nuggets, mushroom and meat nuggets, hamburger patty, coated seafoods, coated chicken...

1.The forming machine

It can be used to produce hamburger patty and chicken nuggets, fish patty, etc.

Hydraulic filling ensures the good shape and the consistent weight of the products.

The screw-driven conveyor ensures the minimum breakage of raw materials

It is made of stainless steel which meet requirement of HACCP.

2.The battering machine

It is used to coat layer of batter on the chicken meat patty or other patties or chicken nuggets and other vegetable patties. It realized the batter coating by dipping the products into the batter bath. It is widely used in meat, poultry, seafood and vegetable.The space between the upper and lower belt can be adjusted, which gives a wide range of variety of products.

3.The predusting machine

It is specially designed for coating food processing, it coats the bottom of the products by the layer of the flour on the conveyor belt, the coats the surface of the products by the unique belt pouring the flour evenly to the passing products on the belt. This can ensure the the coating is evenly, equally, and the coating quantity is controlled. Using the air flow system which is easily to connect to the preduster, it can collect the flour generated from the falling of the flour inside and recycle it, separate the air and the flour, suck the clean air onto the products to blow off the extra flour.

4.The breading machine

It is used to coat a layer uniform breadcrumbs on the battered food surface for the special crispy taste. With the airblowing system and vibrating system on the machine to remove the extra breadcrumbs on food.

5.Continuous frying machine

The automatic continuous working, it can well-matched with the preparatory machine continuously to finish the whole processing is full automaticly.

6.Aircooling line

The aircooling line is used to decrease the temperature for the fried food before go into the quick freezer, also can remove the extra oil on the fried food surface. With fans high efficiently working, the food go through the conveyor to finish the process. It have the advantage of low cost high efficiently, it's the necessary machine for food processing.

7.The quick freezer

This machine is used to quick freeze the food for the food high quality,good appearance and perfect taste. It can quick freeze the food within short time to keep the food nutritional value and good appearance. It have tunnel type, fluidized type, spiral type all according the customer's requirements.
