Production Process
1. Pour the boiled syrup (such as brown sugar, white sugar, compound sugar, etc.) into the bucket of the forming machine (with heat preservation device).
2. The filling head performs quantitative filling according to the weight of the mold.
3. Move the filled mold to the cooling tunnel for cooling.
4. Demould the cooled sugar cubes.
5. The empty mold continues to be filled.
6. Main equipment: constant temperature sugar melting machine, casting molding machine, cooling tunnel and demoulding machine.
