Precooling tank
The refrigerating tank is mainly composed of tank, mixer, washing machine, refrigerating unit and electrical control box.

Filter
Double filter, also known as double switching filter, is made of two stainless steel filters in parallel, the internal filter bag side leakage probability is small, can accurately ensure the filtration accuracy, and can quickly replace the filter bag filtration basic material consumption.
Homogenizer

Pasteurize machine
The pasteurization process takes about an hour, the water is heated to 95 degrees, and then the milk is warmed, and the milk temperature rises to 85 degrees for another 30 minutes, and the milk is cooled to about 40 degrees by water refrigeration or ice refrigeration or compressor refrigeration, the whole process takes about 2 hours, and the whole sterilization process is finished.
Fermentation Tank
In the fermentation tank, the sterile milk is poured into the feed port of the yogurt fermentation tank, then the yoghurt and dissolved sugar are poured into the fermentation, the inlet valve is closed, the temperature control system is opened, the temperature is controlled at about 40 degrees, the fermentation time is 5 hours, after the fermentation is completed, the yoghurt is taken out from the feed port of the yogurt fermentation tank.
CIP Washing
CIP cleaning system. Can be fully automatic cleaning, and can use simple operation method semi-automatic cleaning, has been introduced to almost all food, beverage and pharmaceutical factories. CIP cleaning can not only clean the machine, but also control the microorganism. CIP cleaning system is composed of three tanks with weak acid water, weak alkali water and clean water, as well as water pumps, pipelines and valves.
