Precooling tank

Filter

Pasteurize machine

Fermentation Tank

In the fermentation tank, the sterile milk is poured into the feed port of the yogurt fermentation tank, then the yoghurt and dissolved sugar are poured into the fermentation, the inlet valve is closed, the temperature control system is opened, the temperature is controlled at about 40 degrees, the fermentation time is 5 hours, after the fermentation is completed, the yoghurt is taken out from the feed port of the yogurt fermentation tank.

CIP Washing

CIP cleaning system. Can be fully automatic cleaning, and can use simple operation method semi-automatic cleaning, has been introduced to almost all food, beverage and pharmaceutical factories. CIP cleaning can not only clean the machine, but also control the microorganism.
