Brown Sugar Production Line:

1. Put the boiled brown sugar into the barrel of the forming machine (with heat preservation device); 2. The filling head performs quantitative filling according to the weight of the mold; 3. Then the stepper motor takes one step to move the filled mold to the cooling tunnel for cooling; 4. The cooled brown sugar block is demoulded; 5. The empty mold continues to be filled 6. Main equipment: constant temperature sugar melting machine, casting molding machine, cooling tunnel and demoulding machine. 7. Brown sugar weight: 10-25 grams (the mold can be replaced, and we can customize the size and shape according to your requirement. )
