Working principle The chopping machine is composed of a chopping pot, a knife shaft, a frame and an electric control system. The knife shaft is driven by a two-speed motor (or variable frequency motor) through a belt to rotate at high speed. While the raw materials are moving spirally in the chopping pot, the stainless steel chopper model is stirred and chopped by the knife set to remove the air in the minced meat.
