curved screen or centrifugal screen, horizontal screen) → desanding (desander) → protein separation (cyclone) → dewatering
(centrifuge or vacuum filter) → drying
The cyclone process can be completed in 30 minutes from fresh potato feeding to dry starch feeding. The process is highly
mechanized and the starch quality is good.
