Advantages of sterilization pot
1. Fast heating. A small amount of circulating water enters the pot, and imported high-efficiency heat exchangers are used to quickly heat up the food from 20 degrees.

When heating, the circulating water is heated from normal temperature by the heat exchanger, and the circulating water is cooled from the real-time temperature by the heat exchanger when cooling, so as to avoid the problem of broken glass bottles caused by excessive temperature difference.
Sterilization pot sterilization method is usually divided into steam, water, killing the two types of sterilization, water is killed by the boiler steam pot hot water heated to 121 ℃, according to different products in different time of heat preservation, achieve the purpose of killing bacteria, can be applied to meat products, dairy, egg, bean products, canned fruit, vegetable, beverage products such as food sterilization.
Process Flow:
Step One: Heat up the upper tank with water
1. Open the cold water valve, open the upper tank inlet valve, and open the upper and lower conn ecting valves
2. Start the circulation pump switch
3. When the water level reaches the set position, turn off the water pump and close the valve.
4. Turn on the upper tank heating switch to heat the upper tank 5. Adjust the upper tank pressure to 0.12-0.15
Step Two: Sterilization
1. Turn on the sterilization switch to steam heating
2. When you hear the alarm sound, turn off the sterilization switch
3. Adjust the pot pressure to 0.02-0.03
Step Three: Drain and pick up
1. Open the drain valve, open the lower pot inlet valve
2. When the water level reaches 20, turn off the pressure switch
3. When the pressure is 0, open the pot door and pick up the goods.
4. Close the valve and prepare for the next pot.
