These pieces are separated from the surrounding dough (known as cutter scrap) and pass forward to be placed onto the oven band for baking. The cutter scrap is normally returned to the

sheeter and reincorporated with fresh dough as the sheet is formed. For small scale production capacity needs,you can choose a integrated forming machine for soft biscuit and hard biscuit.
