There are two ways of peeling garlic and peeling and gas peeling:
First, water peeling: water peeling 6-8 cubic meters per ton of water, water peeling and gas peeling comparison, the advantage is: less electricity, (20 tons of dried garlic pieces per day, the electricity consumption of the peeling process is 15kw / h ), garlic slices contain less impurities, garlic pieces have good color and high quality, and the market sells well.
