Introduction:

This laboratory UHT tube type sterilizer is widely used in milk, juice, tea drinks, milk drinks, ketchup, condiments, beer, butter, ice cream, egg products, etc. for determining and updating the original recipe, screening the product tastes, assessment of the color, stabilizer & emulsifier applications, new product development and sample making. This sterilizer can fully simulate the production state of industrial sterilization machine, set heating, sterilizing, cooling, heat recovery as a whole, truly reflect the production data, very suitable for universities and food factories use for small batch production.

Main Features:
This sterilizer includes regeneration, heating and cooling three parts, plate and tube sterilization can in various forms combinations, with two separate heating and cooling parts, help to online homogenization. Sterilizing temperature can reach 140°C. All food contact parts are made of SUS316, gaskets and seals made of food grade fluorine rubber, connected by DIN sanitary pipe fittings. The machine can configure the touch screen PLC program control or semi-manual control system, select gauge or digital sensor according to user requirements, can dynamic reflect the product temperature, flow and other parameters. Therefore, this machine can simulate the status of most large-scale industrial production.
