  We are a manufacturer. And we warmly welcome all customers come and visit us.

2. Do you have any products on stock?
All the CNC products are customized, we don't have any on stock.

3. What files do you need to quote?
3D drawing (STEP, IGS, X-T, STL, CAT, SLDPRT, 3DM)

4. How long is your delivery time?
a. 3D printing/CNC machining: Max. 2 days for quantity less than 10pcs.
b. Polishing/Surface treatment: 2-3 days max. including transparent parts.
c. Functional making: 2-5 days.
d. Normally it takes just 1 day for very simple items.

5. What is your payment term?

50% down payment and balance before shipment.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept TT, PayPal, Western Union, LC, e-Checking, Credit Card.

7. What logistics service do you offer?
We are offering EXW, CNF, CIF, DDU and DDP, by sea, by air, by sea, or by express.
