FRP Molded Grating

FRP molded grating is a structure panel which uses high-strength E-glass roving as reinforced material, thermosetting resin as matrix and then casted and formed in a special metal mold. It provides properties of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, fire resistance and anti-skid. FRP molded grating is widely used in oil industry, power engineering, water&waste water treatment, ocean survey as working floor, stair tread, trench cover, etc. And is an ideal loading frame for corrosion circumstance. Our products passes a whole series of well known third party tests with the fire and mechanical properties, and the products sell well all over the world and has a good reputation.

Surfaces FRP Grating can be divided into two categories, which are ordinary type and covered type. Ordinary type A: concave(formed naturally):anti-slip B: Gritted: extraordinary anti-slip C: Smooth: non-slip, generally used in some places that need decoration or other purposes. Covered type It is used in places where there is no hole, no liquid leakage, gas play, or special requirement for a hole. A: Smooth covered grating: non-slip, easy dedusting. B: Gritted covered grating: best perform at anti-slip property C: Pattern covered grating: it has a more artistic appeal but not very do a good job at anti-slip function.
