1. Implementation standards

The fabrication, inspection and acceptance of FRP elbow are in accordance with HG/ t21633-1991 standard for glass pipe and fittings.

2. Prepare raw materials

Determine the specification and model of raw materials according to the working conditions, inspect the raw materials after they enter the factory, and issue the inspection report.

3. Elbow process flow

Lining -- whole -- strengthening -- demoulding -- dressing -- inspection -- warehousing

4, lining

The elbow liner is made on a special mould and is formed by low pressure contact

5. Overall strengthening

Low-pressure contact molding process is adopted after the lining is cured, and alkali free chopped fiber and glass cloth are laid alternately to ensure the rigidity and strength of the elbow.

6, finishing

When the elbow is fully cured, detach the liner from the die to remove the burrs
