Product Description
The SMC molded septic tank is made of high-strength glass fiber composite material with glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin as the main material, and adopts advanced FRP winding technology to make the cylindrical concave-shaped wheel-shaped head structure. Working principle
SMC septic tank is an initial treatment structure for removing suspended organic matter in domestic sewage by sedimentation and anaerobic fermentation. The domestic sewage contains a large amount of impurities such as feces, paper scraps and pathogens. The solid concentration of suspended solids is 100-350 mg, the organic concentration BOD5 is between 100-400 mg, wherein the suspended organic matter BOD5 is between 50-200 mg. The sewage enters the septic tank and precipitates for 12-24 hours to remove 50%-60% of the suspended solids. The precipitated sludge undergoes anaerobic digestion for more than 3 months, and the organic matter in the sludge is decomposed into stable inorganic substances, and the easily spoiled raw sludge is converted into stable mature sludge, which changes the structure of the sludge and reduces The moisture content of the sludge is regularly cleared, landfilled or used
as a fertilizer.
