Between inner steel tank and outer FRP shell, there is a uniform interlayer space, high-level leakage inspection device is connected with the interlayer space, monitoring the leakage of the tank all the time.

If the double-layer tank leakage, double-layer clearance with a certain pressure of gas or liquid detection, will enter the atmospheric pressure of the inner tank;Pressure or liquid level in the double-layer clearance will change, triggering the acousto-optic alarm.After the liquid storage leakage into the double-layer gap, as the outer tank is intact, the liquid storage will not leak out.Therefore, liquid storage, soil and groundwater are safe.
If the outer tank leaks, gas or detection fluid with certain pressure in the double-layer gap will enter the soil.Similarly, the pressure or liquid level in the double-layer clearance will change, triggering the acousto-optic alarm.At this time, because the inner tank is intact, liquid storage is safe;Only gases or test fluids enter the soil, so soil and groundwater are safe.
As the reservoir liquid in contact with the inner tank and the soil and groundwater in contact with the outer tank belong to different media, the corrosion rate of the tank material is different, and the probability of leakage at the same time is almost zero.Therefore, liquid storage can be prevented from leaking out of the tank, so as to achieve production safety and environmental protection.

SF structure
1. Inner layer: 6mm thick q235-b steel plate is used to manufacture the inner layer. Compared with the common single-layer oil tank with a thickness of only 5mm, the strength is improved.
2. Outer layer: reinforced glass fiber layer with a thickness of more than 2.5mm and good compression and earthquake resistance.Corrosion resistance, electrical corrosion resistance;
3. Through clearance: 0.1~3.5mm;The range of 300 °, no strong support.
4. Strengthening structure: internal tank strengthening
5. Detection equipment: the leakage detector shall monitor in real time for 24 hours, and give an alarm when the liquid level at the bottom of the clearance space is monitored.
