Description 

NICESEW big bag sewing machine is chain stitch,Two needle four thread safety stitch bag 
sewing machine with double thread overedge and an additional double chain stitch. Its design and pedestal installation makes it especially suitable for side seams on very heavy weight container bags.
Equipped with top and bottom guides for polypropylene filler cord for sealing the needle punctures. Plain and alternating upper feed with built-in electro-pneumatically operated presser foot and upper feed dog lifter, pneumatic presser foot spring. An advanced and latest designed built-in electro-pneumatically operated hot thread chain cutter are equipped at the left side of needle.
The needle positioner are provided by servo motor drive unit with very comfortable operation.

81300A/81300A1H Double needles four thread safety stitch FIBC bag sewing machine. Top and bottom feeding with top and bottom filler cord guides. Two needles, one needle it is overedge seam, another needle it is for chain stitch. Overedge width 10mm, totally 15mm width. Heavy duty sewing, thickness up to 19mm, specially for bulk bag. 81300A it is above basic function. Can use servo motor or clutch motor. 81300A1 same with 81300A but add pneumatic foot lift function. Can use servo motor or cultch motor. 81300A1H same with 81300A but add pneumatic foot lift function & heating cutter system. Only can use servo motor. Using servo motor we have function of needle position fixing system.

We have two types package of this machine.  If head only, it is packed into carton. (Mostly for whole sellers). If installed compelete set, it will be packed into wooden box. When open wooden box, people can more easy to use it.
