Real-time monitoring of the liquid flow in the pipeline, providing switch output, and using 6 LEDs to display the fluid flow rate status in real time, it can achieve the following monitoring functions: medium flow, reduce/increase flow rate; medium presence/absence; medium flow/ Static; monitor the fluid flow rate in the pipeline, monitor the interruption of flow, or prevent the idling of the pump.        Conventional flow switches or flow indicators mostly use baffles or pistons, which rely on liquid flow to push the baffles or pistons to act. The sealing part is sealed with metal bellows, which is resistant to pressure difference and prone to metal fatigue burst.


working principle:


       FES economical electronic flow switches are designed based on the principle of heat exchange. The probe has a built-in heating module and a heat-sensing module. The heat conduction of the flow switch is closely related to the flow rate of the medium. During measurement, the heat-generating module emits heat. If there is no medium flowing in the pipe, the heat received by the heat-sensing module is a fixed value. When there is a medium flowing, the heat received by the thermal module will change with the flow rate of the medium. The thermal module converts the temperature difference signal into an electrical signal, and then converts it into a corresponding standard analog signal or contact through the processor. Signal output, the flow switch displays and controls the flow rate of the medium through this signal.


FES economical electronic flow switch can easily set the flow alarm node, unscrew the protective screw, and adjust the setting knob with a screwdriver to set the flow alarm point. For the flow switch whose output form is P N P, N P N and relay, the meaning of its LED indication is as follows:

- Red light on Flow rate below set point (transistor not conducting/relay not operating)

- Yellow light on Flow rate equal to or higher than set point (transistor on/relay action)

- Yellow and green lights The extent to which the flow rate exceeds the set point (green lights 1, 2, 3 or 4 are on together with the yellow lights)
