Product Introduction
This instrument is used to evaluate the anti-friction wear characteristics of the grease when the bearing swings. Under the specified test conditions, it can distinguish the low and medium-high anti-fretting wear capabilities of different greases. This test has been applied to predict the anti-friction wear resistance of automobile wheel bearing grease in long-distance transportation. The test principle is to make two sets of thrust ball bearings with test grease at an amplitude of 0.21, an oscillating frequency of 30HZ, a load of 2450N, and room temperature conditions for oscillating motion. The test time is 22 hours. The average value of the sum of the mass loss of the two sets of bearing races is used as the evaluation of the anti-fretting wear performance of the test grease.
